Return policy
At Hull19 we want you to be happy with your purchase. Since we use print-on-demand (POD) manufacturing , each garment is made specifically for you when you place your order. This helps us avoid overproduction. It's good for the environment and your wallet, but it also affects how we can handle returns.
When can I return?
We accept returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect , for example:
- Wrong print
- Damage or defect upon delivery
- Wrong item received
If this happens, we will of course arrange a free replacement or a full refund .
When can I not return?
Since each product is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color selected when ordering
- Changed opinion after purchase
We therefore recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, please send us a message and we will help you.
